We are seeking dedicated and passionate coaches for our Elementary , Middle School and High School Boys’ and Girls’ basketball programs. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to develop young athletes, instill a love for the game, and guide them in building skills that carry both on and off the court.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead basketball practices and training sessions

  • Create structured practice plans focused on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy

  • Provide individualized coaching, identifying areas for improvement and designing drills to enhance player performance

  • Develop game strategies and make effective in-game adjustments

  • Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential

  • Teach sportsmanship, discipline, respect, and teamwork

  • Build strong relationships with players, parents, and fellow coaches

  • Attend games, tournaments, and team events as required

  • Stay current with basketball trends, techniques, and strategies

Requirements

  • Previous coaching experience at the club or high school level preferred

  • Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach players of varying skill levels

  • Positive leadership qualities with patience and dedication to player development

  • Commitment to sportsmanship and fair play

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for practices, games, and tournaments

  • Ability to pass a background check

Completion of the NFHS Concussion Course.
