We have sole discretion to deny any and all services. NO refunds will be given only gym credit. 

READ CAREFULLY - All new clients must participate in Group Classes before scheduling a 1 on 1.

  • All packages and monthly classes will be Reoccurring payments. There will be NO REFUND if parents sign up for any classes, camps, or clinics and their child does not attend.

  • If you are a club member you will be able to make-up a missed lesson. If you miss two consecutive lessons without giving us a proper notice, your time slot/spot will be giving to someone else.

  • We understand that emergencies do occur; the makeup lesson will be at the sole discretion of our staff based on availability. If you cancel the same day of your scheduled lesson your child will be considered a “No Show” and we will mark the date off on your commitment card.

  • Please give us at least 24 hour notice if you are unable to make a class.

ADVANCE CLASS BOOKING

  • If a class is fully booked in advance, we may still allow you to enter the class once it has started, depending on whether there are any last minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • There is a limit to how many students can be in each class. This can not be exceeded and we appreciate your compliance with this. 

LATE-ARRIVALS & LEAVING CLASS EARLY

  • Late arrivals will only be admitted into their scheduled class if they can be in the gym in a quiet and respectful manner within the first 5 minutes of the class.

  • Should you wish to leave class early please alert the instructor and make sure you do not disturb other students on your way out. We understand occasionally you may need to leave class early but if this is a regular pattern we suggest you sign up for a 1 on 1 lessons.
