Injury prevention is just as important as basketball practice and skill development. This training is perfect for players who wants extra work on their physical conditioning; players will be pushed to their limits physically and mentally! This program is designed to help athletes get in game like shape, develop muscle, strength, stability and mobility. We also welcome those who may not be athletes but are looking to improve and maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. All ages welcomed.
